    2. Ownership & Intellectual Property<\/b><\/h2>

    All software, systems, automation workflows, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of Vanikam.ai<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>

    You receive a <\/span>non-exclusive, non-transferable license<\/b> to use the service.<\/span><\/p>

    Redistribution, resale, or cloning is prohibited.<\/p>

    3. Payments & Billing<\/b><\/h2>

    • Subscription fees must be paid on time<\/p><\/li>

    • Non-payment may result in suspension<\/p><\/li>

    • Prices may change with prior notice<\/p><\/li>

    • Custom projects will follow custom agreements<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      4. Service Availability<\/b><\/h2>

      We aim for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.<\/p>

      Temporary interruptions may occur due to:<\/p>

      • Maintenance<\/p><\/li>

      • Server issues<\/p><\/li>

      • Third-party platform downtime (Google\/AppSheet\/WhatsApp)<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        We are not liable for business losses caused by outages.<\/p>

        5. User Responsibilities<\/b><\/h2>

        You agree not to:<\/p>

        • Misuse the system<\/p><\/li>

        • Upload harmful or illegal data<\/p><\/li>

        • Copy or reverse engineer the tools<\/p><\/li>

        • Violate privacy or data protection laws<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          6. Data Ownership<\/b><\/h2>

          All business data you enter into Vanikam.ai apps belongs fully to you<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>

          We do not claim ownership.<\/p>

          You are responsible for maintaining backups if needed.<\/p>

          7. Support<\/b><\/h2>

          We provide support via:<\/p>

          • WhatsApp<\/p><\/li>

          • Email<\/p><\/li>

          • Calls (when required)<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            Response times may vary but we aim to reply within business hours.<\/p>

            8. Termination<\/b><\/h2>

            We may terminate or suspend your account if:<\/p>

            • Payments are overdue<\/p><\/li>

            • Terms are violated<\/p><\/li>

            • Abuse\/misconduct is identified<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              You may terminate at any time by contacting support.<\/p>

              9. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/h2>

              We are not liable for:<\/p>

              • Business losses<\/p><\/li>

              • Revenue loss<\/p><\/li>

              • Data loss due to external systems<\/p><\/li>

              • Third-party failures<\/p><\/li>

              • Wrong data entered by employees<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 1 month<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>
