1. Use of Our Services

You may use our tools, apps, and automations only for lawful business purposes.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of your account

  • Following applicable laws

We may suspend access if misuse is detected.


2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All software, systems, automation workflows, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of Vanikam.ai.

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

Redistribution, resale, or cloning is prohibited.


3. Payments & Billing

  • Subscription fees must be paid on time

  • Non-payment may result in suspension

  • Prices may change with prior notice

  • Custom projects will follow custom agreements


4. Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Maintenance

  • Server issues

  • Third-party platform downtime (Google/AppSheet/WhatsApp)

We are not liable for business losses caused by outages.


5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the system

  • Upload harmful or illegal data

  • Copy or reverse engineer the tools

  • Violate privacy or data protection laws


6. Data Ownership

All business data you enter into Vanikam.ai apps belongs fully to you.

We do not claim ownership.

You are responsible for maintaining backups if needed.


7. Support

We provide support via:

  • WhatsApp

  • Email

  • Calls (when required)

Response times may vary but we aim to reply within business hours.


8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

  • Payments are overdue

  • Terms are violated

  • Abuse/misconduct is identified

You may terminate at any time by contacting support.


9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Revenue loss

  • Data loss due to external systems

  • Third-party failures

  • Wrong data entered by employees

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 1 month.


10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
