Vanikam.ai offers a transparent and simple refund policy for all customers.

1. 7-Day Refund Guarantee

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request cancellation within 7 days of purchase

  • You have not heavily used or downloaded full project files

  • You used the system but found it unsuitable for your business

Refunds will be processed in 5–7 business days.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Requests made after 7 days

  • Custom AppSheet development

  • Automation scripts or integrations

  • Custom workflows built specifically for your business

  • Full ERP implementations

  • Subscription periods already completed

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime through:

  • Email: support@vanikam.ai

  • WhatsApp: (your number)

Your access will remain until the end of the current billing period.

4. Renewal Policy

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

You will receive reminders before renewal whenever possible.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • You will receive reminders

  • Access may be paused until payment clears
